  3. 'TexWav' is a Windows 3.1 application that generates speech from text. The speech is placed
  4. into a WAV file for use later.

  8. 1 - TEWAV.EXE
  9. 2 - TEWAV.HLP
  10. 3 - TEWAV.TXT
  11. 4 - RULES.DLL
  12. 5 - PHONEME.ZIP
  13.  
  14. Copy the EXE and HLP file to a directory. The PHONEME.ZIP contains wav files used by TexWav
  15. and can be placed in their own directory. It's up to you.
